Official regulations and policy pages. Add more entries to nav in mkdocs.yml when you publish additional policies (use the logical path without .en / .ja in the filename).

For a Japanese page template (not part of the built site), copy templates/policy-ja-template.md from the repository root into docs/policies/.

Authoritative source

Prefer linking to the official PDF or document system when possible, and keep a short summary here so the portal stays easy to search.
